Excellent guide to small scale cider making 5 Star

The book is written in a style that encourages the new cider maker to explore the possibilities of making something they find delicious. It manages to cover the very basics of cider and yet there is also a great deal of detail that I frequently refer back to. It has been my “go to” reference.
