What we do
Re-Start wine yeast can be uséd when your fermentation has stopped. This specially selected yeast can help re-start the fermentation process and allow the wine to continue brewing.
With a high re-start success rate when the wine's ABV is 8% or less and the pH level is between 3 & 3.5, it's the ideal solution to give your brew that kick start it needs.
To use simply sprinkle the sachet contents over the top of the wine, wait for 15 or so minutes and then give it a good stir to get the yeast all around the wine.
