These indicator strips are specific for testing the pH of the juice prior to fermentation during wine and cider production.

Immerse the pad into the test solution for up to 2 seconds and then remove.

Shake off excess liquid. Compare the colour produced on the pad with the colour chart within 40 seconds ensuring the pad does not become dry.
