This product has anodized aluminum disks inside the drum plus very durable high quality polycarbonate making this model one of the best cream separators on the market.

Anodized disks means disks are made of aluminum and will not acidify under the influence of milk because they are covered by special 14 micrometer film.

With this device you can make cream, sour cream and low fat milk at home. We are sure there are more products but these are the most popular.

You can separate the milk of cow, goat, sheep, camel and others.

All parts which contact the food are made of high quality polycarbonate and anodized aluminium.

Very easy to use

Just warm the milk up to 40˚C or 104˚F, switch the separator on and pour the milk into 10 litre milk container.

How much cream you can get?:

  • from 10 litres of milk you will get about 1 liter of cream;
  • the cream will have 10 times more fat than your milk. It means that if your milk has 3.2% you will get cream with 32% of fat
  • if you need cream with less content of fat you can mix it with low fat milk which you get during separation
  • it is recommended to wash the plates inside the drum after every 20-25 liters (two bowls) of milk
