The FJ30 milk pasteuriser machine by Milky is constructed of high-grade stainless steel and has a container capacity of 30 litres.

 

The FJ30 is one of Milky’s smaller pasteurisers which is ideal for small scale food processors and micro dairies this multifunctional machine can also be used to make yogurt and cheese

 

The FJ30 benefits from an additional thermometer to measure milk temperature, easy to read digital display, removable container which makes the FJ30 both easy to clean and easy to use

 

In addition to the above the fj30 also has a built in water jacket to help eliminate wastage through milk burn
