Cider Making Kit - Superior

This superior kit is suitable for cider makers who want to make and store 25 to 30 litres of top quality cider.

• The kit contains 2 x 30 litre Speidel fermenters. Speidel fermenters are used by professional cider and wine makers. They have thick non-permeable walls which mean that cider can be matured and stored in the fermentation tank so long as the airlocks are kept primed
• A tap is supplied for the 30 litre Speidel fermenter to enable easy transfer of the finished cider into storage containers
• The kit also contains a set of 5 x 5 litre bag-in-boxes for the long term storage and serving of mature cider

Cider production capacity can be increased by ordering supplementary fermenters and yeast, but only one spare fermenter is required for racking purposes. Additional 5, 10 or 20 litre bag-in-boxes containers can also be ordered.
