What makes us special
Pouches are an innovative packaging concept designed to extend the shelf life of liquid products such as cider, wine, edible oils, apple and other fruit juices.
The pouches are made from films which have excellent oxygen barrier properties to preserve the liquid inside, ensuring the contents stay uncontaminated by the air outside.
Liquid is dispensed through a high performance Viniflow compact tap, which prevents air entering the packaging during dispensing. The pouch and tap work together to prolong the shelf life before and after the pack is opened.
The pouch is extremely lightweight, with a very low carbon footprint in comparison to glass and PET Bottle packaging.
The pouch is free standing with a single gusset on its base. They offer maximum customer convenience as they are easy to carry, easy to store, easy to use and easy to dispose of.
Can be pasteurised using the Vigo Presses Pasteuriser. Fill pouches with cold juice. Put the pouches in the pasteuriser and heat to 72 degrees for 20 minutes.

Storage: Empty Bags have to be stored at room temperature, in clean, dry and dust free conditions, packed in closed original carton. Keep bags away from poisonous articles, heat source, smelling products and direct sun.
The optimal conditions of storage are between 15-25°C, and 40-60% of relative humidity.
Unfilled empty bags can be stored during a short period at +4°C minimum and +40°C maximum, but have to be stored in indoor temperature for 24 to 48 h before use.
