- A starter model or kitchen press, suitable for pressing modest amounts of juice from milled apples and crushed grapes
- Capacity: 4kg / 8½ lbs of milled apples which will give a juice yield of up to 2 litres / 4 pints, depending on the variety and ripeness of the apples
- This press can be lined with a straining bag so that the juice extracted is filtered as it is pressed
- Stainless steel press cage and juice collection cylinder for ease of cleaning
How it works:
With the pressure plate wound up, fill the press cage with crushed fruit. Wind the pressure plate down and juice will flow through the perforated cage into the juice collection cylinder and out through the spout.
After care:
Easy to clean, simply pull out the press cage and collection cylinder and wash using fresh water, then rinse the pressure plate.
