1. Vigo has specialised in the field of fruit processing since 1984 and has acquired a huge body of knowledge which we aim to share with you. As our brand, ‘Bollhayes’ demonstrates (see our story), we know the process of cider/apple juice making and are passionate about making the most of fruit!
   
2. We have used all the products we sell, therefore, we bring experience into our product descriptions and know that our products are fit for the purpose for which they are sold.
   
3. We wish to meet your particular fruit-related needs and, because of this, we never over-sell, or ‘mis-sell’ our products. If you need any help or advice to help you choose a product, please do not hesitate to contact us.
   
4. We hold large quantities of stock, therefore, we dispatch the majority of our orders within 5 working days (see terms & conditions). Our customers frequently comment on the speed of our service.
   
5. We offer a one year warranty on products that have been used according to the instructions supplied (see terms & conditions).
   
6. We hold spares, so that if parts get accidentally broken or wear out through heavy use they can usually be replaced.
