Ann Somerset Miles’ guide to making cider, wine & apple juice in Organic Gardening magazine

Gardener and writer Ann Somerset Miles bought and restored an orchard, giving her much first-hand experience of dealing with gluts of apples. Once she’s given apples away, made jellies and left enough apples on the ground for the birds she uses the rest for making juice, cider and wine.
