How to shop

To place an order, please follow the steps below.

Please note, online orders can only be placed if the delivery address is within the UK and Ireland and the billing address is within Europe. See Delivery.

  1. Add the required product(s) to your basket. You are able to amend/remove products in your basket and click Update to show changes

  2. Please note, by default the basket shows the Standard delivery charges. The correct delivery charges are applied when you enter your delivery address during Registration.

  3. Once your basket is complete click Go to Checkout

  4. On the Please Login page: If you are an existing customer enter your login details and click on Login; if you are a new customer click on the Register hyperlink, on the Register page fill in the required fields and click on Register

  5. On the Your Account page, click on Go to Checkout

  6. On the Billing Details (Checkout) page amend any fields, if required: If the delivery address is different from the billing address untick the box, click on Next Step, and on the Delivery Details (Checkout) page fill in the required fields and click on Next Step; If the delivery address is the same as the billing address check the box is ticked and click on Next Step

  7. On the Delivery Method (Checkout) page, select the required method of delivery and click Next Step

  8. Click to confirm you have read the Terms & Conditions and click on Pay by Credit Card

  9. You will be redirected to SagePay (click on Payment for more information); enter your Card Details and click Proceed; to complete your payment click Proceed

  10. Your order has now been placed and your contract with us has become binding

  11. You can print a copy of your order on the Order Received page

  12. An order confirmation will be sent to you via email

  13. Your order will be held securely on the website. See our Privacy Policy for security information. You may view your order(s) at any time via your login.

  14. For delivery information see Delivery

  15. Out of stock products will be despatched when stock becomes available.

  16. You will receive an invoice once the Products have been despatched.
